How CALLA REF collects, uses, and protects your personal data under the GDPR.

Controller and purposes
Calla Ref GmbH, Gumpendorfer Straße 63F, 1060 Vienna, Austria, is responsible for this website. We process technical connection data to provide and protect the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We use information you submit to answer enquiries or assess a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the enquiry). Optional Google Analytics 4 is used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data, providers and analytics
When you visit, technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages visited and referrer may be processed by our hosting provider Framer. Framer also provides cookie-free aggregate website analytics. Contact forms may collect your name, email, phone number and message. Trainer applications additionally ask for country, teaching hours, background and an optional video link. Form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms and then to us. Google Analytics 4 (Google) is loaded only after you accept optional analytics; it may process usage data and set analytics cookies. You can reject or change your choice through Privacy settings on the website. These providers may process data outside the EEA. Ask us for details of the applicable transfer arrangements. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and applications for as long as needed to answer them, assess a possible relationship and meet any legal obligations. Technical and analytics data are kept according to the relevant service settings and our operational needs, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us about the periods that apply to your data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
